So, Please Order Only If You Need Product, It Is Difficult For Small Business To Accept The Return. WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS.

Defected item

If the item that you received is defected report to us within 24 hours by sending an email on Letstalk@luxlitecases.com , we will replace the product after receiving the product from your end.

Open Delivery

Open delivery of parcel is not allowed.Kindly do not fight with delivery boy for open delivery.

Tempered Glass:

We use double layer packaging to make sure that the product reaches you in proper condition. For tempered glass we do not provide replacement if you do not apply it properly. If there are bubbles during application we are not responsible for it, it entirely depends on application.

Warranty

There is no warranty or guarantee on any of the cases. The wear and tear of cases entirely depends on how you use it.

Replacement Policy

Please make a video while unboxing the product, no replacement will be given without video.
we need video proof to raise complaint with courier company, if there has been any theft.

we Don’t have option of reverse pick up so All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the customer.
To be eligible for any kind of return for store credit, the back and forth shipping along with 2% transaction cost is to be borne by the customer.

Refund policy

We don’t have a refund policy. we give store credit for future purchases. (i.e You Can purchase different product) In case the products are out of stock & You Have already made the prepaid payment in that case we will refund the amount in your bank account within 2 to 5 working days.

Non- Delivery

All orders are delivered within 7 days . If you have done prepaid payment and your order is not delivered within 7 days , email us at letstalk@luxlitecases.com within 15 days to inform about us about the non delivery.

Cancellation policy

For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.
